As summer has all too quickly come to a close, we can share a collective sigh of relief after successfully squeezing a summer’s worth of activities into the short time allowed!
Perhaps this change of seasons has prompted you to refocus on plans and goals that may have been set aside. Before the holiday rush sets in, we would like to stress the importance of attending to the Estate Planning documents drawn up for you by our office.
Trusts are important and valuable Estate Planning tools; however, their efficacy is directly affected by attention to detail. If you have experienced significant changes in your family or finances, or if the persons who play key roles have changed, we invite you to contact our office for a complimentary check-up on your Estate Plan. Life is certainly not static, and neither are your documents.
Use this as a time of accountability; a chance to assure yourself that your trust has been fully funded and that all accounts and/or assets subject to probate have been properly re-titled in the name of your trust.
Thank you for the opportunity to serve you in the past. We look forward to providing quality legal support in the future.
