Both Douglas Lineberry and John Kenney have Masters of Law degrees in Taxation from the University of Washington College of Law. They have a combined experience practicing wealth preservation law of over eighteen years.
In addition to extensive experience in estate, business, tax and asset protection planning, our attorneys also have expertise in related fields such as IRAs and employee benefits, real estate, bankruptcy, probate, litigation and marital/community property law.
Mr. Lineberry is admitted to practice law in the states of Washington and Idaho and Mr. Kenney is admitted in the states of Washington, Utah and Arizona.
Both partners are drilling military JAG officers. Mr. Lineberry serves with the Washington Army National Guard and Mr. Kenney serves with the Naval Reserve.
